If you are not completely satisfied with our product we are ready to refund you the full cost of your purchase. Please, send the corresponding request to your personal manager. In order to submit a request you need to specify your billing information: name, transaction id etc. and briefly explain the reason for your refund. You can submit a refund request within 7 days of your purchase. The refund is usually issued within 7 days once your request is submitted.
