Content planning and technical SEO for a Turkish health blog
Zayiflama is a Turkish-language blog covering health and weight-management topics. The historical project focused on its informational content, search coverage and technical foundations, with the website owner producing new articles during the campaign.

The search challenge.
Turkish-language health and weight-management blog
The original narrative describes limited content coverage and ambitions to compete for broad search terms. The project needed an agreed keyword plan, more original articles and a technical review to support the growing website. It was a publishing project, rather than a clinic or local appointment campaign.
What the team worked on.
Research and an agreed topic plan
The team researched keywords and reviewed competitors’ on-site and off-site activity. The proposed keyword set was discussed with the client and expanded from the initial topics into related areas of the blog.
Content supplied by the website owner
The owner created new original articles following the agreed direction. The source describes continued page and content additions that broadened the website’s topic coverage during the project.
Technical and on-page recommendations
The review addressed metadata, website-version redirects, page speed, structured data, duplicate pages, 404 errors and image alt text. These were parts of the historical website work, rather than claims about the quality of its health guidance.
Promotion alongside the content work
A link campaign began around relevant general searches and the homepage while the content library continued to grow. The published narrative connects promotion with the broader content and technical project.
The before and after comparison.
The published four-month table reports monthly organic visitors increasing from 4,113 to 18,092 and Google TOP 10 keywords from 7 to 342. The headline and narrative describe different multiples and shorter intervals, so this report uses the explicit before/after table rather than combining those claims. These are website metrics, not health outcomes.
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly organic visitors | 4,113 | 18,092 |
| Keywords in Google TOP 10 | 7 | 342 |

Original Semalt publicationConnect the work with the business.
This case illustrates a collaboration in which the client supplied ongoing articles while the SEO work addressed search priorities and the website foundations. The recorded outcome belongs to the combined campaign and does not establish the contribution of an individual change.
These results belong to the original campaign. They do not describe the website’s current performance or predict results for another business.
The work combined technical changes, content and promotion. Today’s service scope, implementation responsibilities and pricing are agreed separately.
