A new website and local SEO for a Las Vegas clinic
iUVENTUS Medical Center provides medical and therapeutic services in Las Vegas. Its published project combined a replacement website, a clearer structure for service categories, local search work and an ongoing FullSEO campaign.

The search challenge.
Medical center in Las Vegas
The client had an earlier website for attracting customers. After reviewing its structure and usability, the team planned a new site with distinct pages for important services. The work needed to connect that new structure with local searches and make the site usable on mobile devices.
What the team worked on.
A replacement site and service structure
The project introduced a new website and moved it to a new domain. Priority service categories received their own structure, unique copy and metadata, with navigation and mobile usability included in the development work.
Launch foundations and measurement
The published work included image alt text, robots and sitemap files, and an analytics integration. These changes formed part of the wider website launch rather than a separately measured one-time setup package.
Local information and search targeting
The team worked on the clinic’s Google business listing, location information and Las Vegas service queries. The site displayed the address and opening hours, with LocalBusiness structured data also described in the original project.
Expansion of pages and campaign coverage
Later work added more than 30 URLs for further categories and subcategories, with research and unique content for those pages. The link campaign expanded alongside the new service priorities.
The before and after comparison.
The published ten-month campaign comparison reports monthly organic visitors increasing from 384 to 1,382, with Google TOP 10 keywords rising from 105 to 1,062. The figures describe the full website, content, local and promotion work; they do not measure medical outcomes, appointments or the isolated effect of initial setup.
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly organic visitors | 384 | 1,382 |
| Keywords in Google TOP 10 | 105 | 1,062 |

Original Semalt publicationConnect the work with the business.
The case illustrates the relationship between a useful service structure and a local business’s search priorities. Website development, content, local information and campaign work were coordinated rather than evaluated as separate experiments.
These results belong to the original campaign. They do not describe the website’s current performance or predict results for another business.
The work combined technical changes, content and promotion. Today’s service scope, implementation responsibilities and pricing are agreed separately.
