Client Requests

All DSD user requests, including the callback ones, are displayed here.
The Client Requests section comprises two subsections - general and callback requests.

Requests

All user requests.

Requests table contains the columns with the following information:

  • User

    • ID - for registered users or a lead's card
    • Not authorized - requests from unregistered users
  • User’s email
  • User’s name
  • Message - request text (please, click on a message to check its full content)
  • Created at - the date and time of request creation
  • Geo - shows user's country (according to the login information)

Sessions

This section covers the details of Admin Panel user sessions, including IP addresses, browser location data, first login, and last logout times.

Client requests can be found / filtered out by the following parameters:

  • User ID
  • Email
  • Name
  • Geo
  • Status

By ticking the "Non authorized" checkbox, you can check the requests from non-authorized users.

Callbacks

Callbacks table contains the columns with the following information:

  • User
    • ID- for registered users or a lead's card
    • Not authorized - requests from unregistered users
  • Phone - user’s phone number
  • Preferred time - the time a user mentioned as preferable to talk
  • Commentcontains a message left by a client
  • Create at - the date and time of request creation
  • Geo - show user's country (according to the login information)
